A booking is confirmed only after agreement and, where applicable, payment, retainer or deposit.

For 1:1 model coaching, a payment request may be sent after booking. The session is confirmed once payment is completed within the communicated timeframe.

For brand shoots and custom productions, a quote or written agreement will be provided before the project starts. A deposit may be required to reserve the date, team and production resources.

Prices may change over time. The agreed price at the time of booking remains valid for that booking.

Additional services, extra images, extended retouching, make-up, hair styling, travel costs, licensing or production costs may be invoiced separately unless included in the agreed package.

Coaching sessions may be rescheduled up to 10 days before the session date, unless otherwise agreed.

Late cancellations, no-shows or last-minute rescheduling may result in partial or full loss of payment.

If a participant fails to attend without notice, the full fee remains due and no refund is issued.

For larger productions, events and international projects, cancellation and rescheduling terms are defined per project.

The Project Unfiltered may reschedule in case of illness, weather conditions, force majeure, travel disruption or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Deliverables and timelines are agreed per project.

For 1:1 model coaching, the client receives a private gallery for selection and 10 professionally edited images, delivered within the communicated timeframe after final selection.

Final images are delivered in JPEG format unless otherwise agreed. RAW files and unedited images are not delivered unless explicitly agreed in writing.

The Project Unfiltered is not responsible for delays caused by late feedback, delayed selections, unavailable collaborators or circumstances outside its control.

Image selection is made through a private gallery unless agreed otherwise.

Editing style is part of the artistic direction of The Project Unfiltered. By booking, the client acknowledges and accepts the visual style, editing approach and creative direction.

Standard editing includes basic exposure, colour correction and selected retouching. Extensive retouching, body reshaping, object removal, complex skin work or other advanced edits may be charged separately.

Clients may not apply additional filters, heavy edits, retouching, AI-based modifications or alterations that change the intention of the image without prior written consent.

Final images may appear differently depending on screen, device or print calibration. The Project Unfiltered is not responsible for colour discrepancies caused by third-party displays, printers or labs.

All images remain the intellectual property of The Project Unfiltered unless rights are explicitly transferred in writing.

Models may use delivered images for portfolio, agency submissions and personal social media, unless otherwise agreed.

Brand and commercial usage rights are defined per project. Commercial use without explicit agreement and appropriate compensation is not permitted.

Images may not be sold, heavily altered, licensed to third parties, used for advertising, publications, packaging, campaigns or commercial purposes outside the agreed scope without written permission.

The Project Unfiltered may use created images for portfolio, website, social media, printed materials, exhibitions, promotional content, publications and other brand communication, unless otherwise agreed in writing before the project.

If a client wishes to restrict or limit publication for privacy, confidentiality or other reasons, this must be communicated in writing before the project. Any limitations may affect pricing and must be agreed in advance.

For minors, written consent from a parent or legal guardian is required.

For unpaid collaborations, creative concepts or portfolio-building sessions, The Project Unfiltered retains full authorship and copyright of the images.

The Project Unfiltered decides which images are edited and delivered. No minimum number or delivery deadline is guaranteed unless agreed in writing.

Resulting images are for non-commercial use only unless otherwise agreed. Any commercial use or monetisation by models, designers, makeup artists, brands or other parties requires written permission and may require a separate licensing fee.

Proper credit must be given when images are published, unless otherwise agreed.

Delivered images may not be uploaded, submitted, trained on or otherwise used for artificial intelligence, machine learning systems, generative image tools, datasets or AI-generated derivatives without prior written consent from The Project Unfiltered.

Any AI-related use may require a separate written agreement and additional licensing fees.

Online galleries remain available for at least 2 months after delivery unless otherwise communicated.

The Project Unfiltered is not obliged to store or archive files beyond this period and cannot guarantee long-term recovery.

Re-activation or recovery of archived files may be charged separately if technically possible.

Requests for minor adjustments or feedback must be submitted in writing within 14 days after image delivery.

Complaints must be submitted in writing within the same 14-day period, clearly describing the issue so The Project Unfiltered can respond and, where reasonable, offer a solution.

After this period, additional edits or changes may be charged separately.

For workshops, bootcamps, polaroid days and international creative events, specific details, inclusions, exclusions, payment terms and cancellation policies may be communicated separately.

Travel, accommodation and personal expenses are not included unless explicitly stated.

Participation in shoots, coaching sessions, events and productions is at the client’s or participant’s own risk.

The Project Unfiltered is not liable for injuries, property loss, indirect damages, loss of income, loss of business, reputational damage or third-party issues related to locations, collaborators, suppliers or external service providers.

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.
